PRE-ORDER POLICY

Our pre-order pieces are made specifically according to the demand from each drop. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.

Pre-Order Production

Pre-order items require additional time to be produced before they can be shipped. The estimated production timeframe will be shown on the relevant product page.

The production timeframe is separate from the shipping time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and your order will follow the estimated delivery timeframe for your location.

Need to Cancel?

If you change your mind, you have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us about a cancellation. After this window, your order will move into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Need to Update Your Details?

If you need to correct your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Want to Change Your Item?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the size, colour, style, or items selected. Our pre-order quantities are planned based on the orders received, so we recommend checking your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Order Return Policy

As each pre-order is prepared specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review your size, color, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, all pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist you.

For eligible returns, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
